Comfortable double room inside the Empoli station guest house.

The room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, electric kettle, bridge wardrobe desk, chest of drawers and Smart TV. Possibility of access through the Self Check-in procedure and release of the access code from the keypad, for carefree arrivals at any time.

The room overlooks Piazza Don Minzoni and is located about 50 meters from Empoli Station. Empoli is located in a very strategic position in Tuscany and you can easily reach Florence, Pisa and other tourist destinations in a short time both by train and by car.

CHEK-IN Except for special needs of our guests, the delivery of the rooms is scheduled between 14:00 and 21:00. For any eventuality we will still be able to provide you with access through the Self Check in procedure with the consequent release of the codes access in the keypad. However, we ask you to communicate your estimated time of arrival at least in the morning of the day of arrival.

CHECK OUT Please note that, on the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10.00 to allow cleaning and delivery to the new arrivals, a delay will result in the charge of an additional night. For special needs, do not hesitate to contact us, if there were technical and organizational possibilities, we will be happy to extend the check-out time.

Regulation

• Smoking is not allowed (it is possible to do it on the terrace in the only room with balcony, number 3)
• It is not possible to connect any electrical appliance brought along to the electrical system (with the exception of the electric razor in the sockets in the bathroom and the mobile phone or laptop charger and unless otherwise agreed in the contract).
• It is recommended to respect the silence in the canonical hours 22.00-08.00 and 14.00-16.00. In any case, please maintain a behavior that at no time of the day and in no way damages the tranquility of others.
• Each guest is required to compensate any damage caused to the landlord due to the improper use of the complementary equipment.
• At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned. In case of loss, the damage will be charged.
• Take care to turn off the lights in the rooms, air conditioners, TVs, and other systems when you are out of the room.
• We decline all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to your property.
• Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet. (use the appropriate bins).
• We are not liable for any disruptions due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water or ADSL line not dependent on us.
• Customers are invited, upon arrival, to provide an identification document for completing the P.S. and to regularize at the same time the payment of the booked stay and the tourist tax.
• We remind you that if you have not made the payment via Paypal or advance bank transfer, we do not accept debit or credit cards.
• Room cleaning is done every 3 days, except for special requests.
• The change of sheets takes place once a week.
• For entry and exit from the structure there are no timetables to respect, guests can come and go as they please. We only ask you to be as quiet as possible during the night.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Furthermore, for reasons of public safety, guests are not allowed to allow other people to enter the rooms at any time.
